I've been going to The Nail Pro for longer than I can remember. I know it's been over 8 years and I can't imagine going elsewhere. When I moved to Oshawa, I looked for a shop closer to home and I was disappointed every time. For years now, I have driven from Oshawa to Ajax just to have my nails and eyebrows done. Mackay and Mary, along with many of the other lovely staff there, take excellent care of their clients and do everything they can to make sure everyone leaves happy.

I have been coming here for a couple months and I am so happy I found this place. The customer service is amazing, the staff makes sure you are happy and satisfied! I get my nails done every 2 weeks by Mary and she is absolutely amazing, not only does she do a amazing job but she is so nice and fun to talk to I look forward to coming and seeing her. I would and do recommend pro nails .. I won't go anywhere else (Ask for Mary ;) that's my girl.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I work at McDonald's and my shellac never lasts but one girl Cindy has become my regular. She puts an extra coating on to help last, and recently has started changing the brand of polish to see if certain ones last longer for me. She goes out of the way for me and speaks perfect English lol. Be prepared to spend a little more for a better result. Just wish there was a guarantee for how long it lasts. If it doesn't last a week, I shouldn't have to pay the full price to redo it... Otherwise, I can't go anywhere else :)

I am just appalled by some of the reviews. I would love to know what other salons these women have been to. This is by fair the most clean, organized and well run salon out there and I've been to hundreds. I never feel rushed but the girls are quick and efficient. They take care and know their customers by name. They are always busy and have hundreds of regulars.

I've been here on my occasions and always had excellent service. It is very clean and the people that work there always take their time and do a great job.  I normally get my eyebrows done there and pedicures so I can't say anything about manicures.
